El principal problema con que los juristas nos encontramos es precisamente el desconocimiento de la Uni\u00f3n, y sobre todo de las fuerzas internas que la mueven. Los discursos que han llegado a o\u00eddos del ciudadano nada tienen que ver con la realidad de lo que sucede.
