These are some explanatory notes for those who do not know the mechanisms of the European Union. I understand that they will allow you to better understand the opinions and place them at their fair value. The main problem that jurists find ourselves with is precisely the ignorance about the Union, and especially of the internal forces that move it. The speeches that have reached the ears of the citizen have nothing to do with the reality of what is happening.
